ποΈ Make sure you have the financial literacy to make good decisions that will set you up for the future. I know it’s a lot of money right now but inflation is real. Everything is expensive!
ποΈ Millions of people have used real estate to make their money make money for them over time. YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT! All you need is the knowledge of how to get started investing in real estate.
ποΈ People say don’t invest in anything that you don’t understand. I agree with that. However, that’s where I want to teach you how to invest in real estate. Once you have the knowledge, no one can take that knowledge away from you.

ποΈ Then you need a team. You’ll want to work with an investor friendly real estate agent. An agent that understands investing in real estate and running the numbers. They will help you to understand that you make your money when you buy property.
ποΈ As an athlete, you understand the importance of working with a team of qualified individuals to score. The same is true with real estate. You’ll need an investor friendly real estate agent, real estate attorney, accountant, property manager just to name a few people that you’ll need on your team.
ποΈ The property value today will be so much higher 10 years from now. It’s a beautiful word called appreciation!
ποΈ The interest rate is going to be high! Once you understand real estate, you can make a move regardless of the interest rate. The first property that I bought in 2002 for $89K was a hot mess in a great neighborhood. The interest rate back then was 7%. That same property is worth $220 - $240K! (That’s appreciation!).
ποΈ Another beautiful word is ‘equity’! It’s the difference between how much you owe versus what the property is worth. For example, if I owe $35K and the property is worth $235K then the bank will let me borrow money against that $200K that the property is worth. ($235,000 - $35,000 = $200,000 worth of equity.).
